Toor dal - 1/4 cup.
Turmeric - 1/8 tsp.
Tomato - 2.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
pepper corns - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 4.
Rasam Powder - 1/4 tsp(optional)
hing - a generous pinch.
Coriander leaves - few (Garnishing)
To Temper
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
curry leaves - 1 sprig.

Preparation
- Grind 2 rings of pineapple to a puree & chop one pine apple into pieces.
- chop one tomato.
- Pressure cook dal & one tomato with needed water. Add turmeric along with dal, while cooking. Then mash it well.
- Powder pepper,Garlic & cumin seeds.
- Heat the oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters add curry leaves, hing. Add ground pepper + Cumin + Garlic . saute for a minute.
