Cheese Balls are delicious Starter or Appetizer for Parties or Get togethers. These Cheese balls are Made with Potato,Cheese & Spices. Cheese Balls are Crisp Outside,Soft & Gooey Inside. A bite of it is delectable. For Healthy Version instead of deep frying, i Used Appe Pan to fry it.But still the taste is Heavenly.
Easy Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients
Potato - 2.
Cheese - 1/2 Cup (Grated) or 3 amul cheese cubes.
Green Chillies - 2.
Ginger - 1/2 inch.
Oregano - 1/2 tsp.
Crushed Pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Corn flour - 2 tbsp.
Coriander leaves - Handful (Finely Chopped)
Bread Crumbs - 1/4 Cup + 1/4 Cup for Rolling.
salt - As Needed.
oil - to fry.
Preparation
- Pressure Cook the Potatoes for 3 whistles till it turns soft.
- Grind Ginger + Green chillies + salt into a Paste.
Method
- Take a vessel add Potatoes. Mash well with Masher. Add Grated cheese, Green Chilli Paste, Oregano,Crushed Pepper,corn flour,chopped Coriander leaves & 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs.Mix well.
- Makes Sure that Mixture Should not have any Moisture in it.
- Take lemon sized dough & hold tight balls.
- Spread the Bread Crumbs in a plate. Roll Each ball over the Bread Crumbs.
- Take Paniyaram/Appe Pan, add oil to each Partition. Then Place these cheese balls in each Partition.
- when it turns Golden, flip the balls using spoon. Flip Couple of times each side, till both sides are cooked & it turns Crisp & Golden.
- Serve with Green Chutney or ketchup.
- Instead of Grated cheese,you can stuff small processed cheese cubes inside each balls.
- Adding Green chilly & Ginger Paste is optional. To make balls more spicy i have added it.
- you can also Deep fry the balls.
