Paneer is an Exotic Ingredient at Indian Homes. Paneer is moist with soft & spongy texture. Paneer contains protein, fat and carbohydrates. The content of carbs is very low but both proteins and fat contents are almost equal and high.So paneer is rich in both proteins and fat.you can make lots of dishes from paneer,Either as a dry curry or Gravy or as a starter or snack.
