Paneer Sandwich is an Easy filling Sandwich Recipe made with Paneer Stuffing.This is a kids friendly Recipe. you can pack for kids lunchbox also.you can also serve as breakfast or brunch Recipe.It can also be served as a snack. Paneer is rich in Calcium. So it is Good for Bone health. it is also rich in proteins, kids needs proteins to Grow them stronger & Healthier. you can make sandwich wholesome by using wheat bread,brown bread or multigrains Bread.

Method
Paneer Stuffing Preparation
Heat the oil, add fennel seeds. When it turns aromatic, add Green Chilly & Ginger Garlic Paste.
When the raw smell of Ginger Garlic Paste Goes, add onions.
Saute till it turns Golden brown, then add chilli Powder,Garam Masala,turmeric Powder cumin Powder & salt.Give a quick Mix.
Add tomato Paste, cook for few minutes, till it is cooked.
Add crumbled paneer, saute till everything combines. Do not over cook the paneer, else it turns Rubbery & hard.
Finally Garnish with Fresh cilantro.

Paneer - 3/4 cup (crumbled).

To Prepare Sandwich.
- Take one bread, spread with butter.
- Then spread Paneer stuffing evenly,then close with another bread.
- Heat the thick bottomed tawa or Griddle, when it is hot, spread some butter on tawa, toast the sandwich till it turns Golden brown colour on both the sides.
- Alternatively you can Preheat the sandwich Maker & Grill it until it turns Golden.
- Cut it diagonally & Enjoy with Tomato ketchup.
Notes
- you can add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, after adding onions.
- you can also add Grated carrot as a layer on top of Paneer stuffing.
- you can Garnish Paneer stuffing with a tsp of Crushed Kasthoori Methi leaves.
- Stuffing should be moist enough, to stick to the bread, stuffing should not be dry.
- you can replace Paneer with tofu also for more healthy version.
