Ulavala dosa is a healthy dosa recipe made with Rice & Horse Gram. This is a high Protein & iron Rich breakfast Recipe. Horse Gram helps in weight loss. It also has lots of anti oxidants. It also helps to break kidney stones. It also improves heart health.

Ingredients
Idli rice - 1 cup.
Horse Gram - 1/2 cup.
Black urad dal - 2 tbsp.
Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp.
Preparation
Soak Idli rice & horse Gram for 8 hours or over night.
Method
- Grind idli rice, horse Gram , black urad dal & methi seeds into a fine paste by adding water little by little.
- Let the consistency be normal like dosa batter consistency.
- Ferment the batter for 5 - 6 hours.
4. Then you can start making dosa. Heat the tawa, when it is hot, spread little oil over the tawa, add ladle of batter in the centre.spread the dosa like we make normal dosa.
5. When it is cooked on one side, flip the dosa. drizzle some oil.
6. When it is cooked on both the sides remove from the tawa & serve hot with any type of chutneys.
