Ingredients
Mushroom balls
Cabbage ( chopped) - 2 cups.
Mushroom ( cleaned & Chopped)- 200 gms.
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp.
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
Salt - as Needed.
Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Sauce
Onion(big) - 2.
Tomato sauce 3 tbsp.
Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp.
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder - 1 tsp.
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - little
Green chillies - 2.
Preparation
Chop mushroom, cabbage,onion finely. Green chillies into Roundels.
Method
- Take a Mixing Bowl combine all the ingredients given in mushroom ball section, add little water to make a smooth dough.
- Rest for 20 minutes.
- Take small quantity of dough.Deep fry it till it turns Golden. Do in batches.keep aside.
- Now Heat the oil, add chillies, curry leaves, onions. Saute till onions turns pink.Then add all spice powders, add sauces saute for few minutes, add salt.
- Add 1/4 cup water, when water starts boiling add crumbled mushroom balls. Mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot. Enjoy.
Notes
- Always use fresh mushrooms.
- U can replace wheat flour with Maida.
- U can add 2 tbsp of corn flour also, while making balls..
