I Used Pan to cook the Capsicum.Paneer stuffing is made first,then it is filled inside capsicum & Capsicum is cooked on a pan till the capsicum shrinks a little & it turns Golden .Capsicum makes the immune system stronger. It cures Iron deficiency. It maintains body fluid & mineral balance,because of the presence of Pottasium in it.Paneer is Rich in Proteins & also strenghtens the bones & teeth. Ingredients
Capsicum - 4 .
For stuffing
Paneer (crumbled or grated) - 1 cup.
onion - 1.
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
tomato - 1.
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
chilli powder - 1 tsp.
coriander powder - 2 tsp.
turmeric Powder - 1/8 tsp.water - 2 tbsp.
salt - for taste.
oil - to fry.
cilantro(for garnishing)
Preparation
Thaw the paneer, then crumble or grate the paneer and keep it aside.

Preparation

Method
Stuffing Preparation
- Heat the oil, add jeera(cumin seeds), when it splutters, add onion, add ginger garlic paste saute well,till onion turns pink.
- Add tomato, coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric Powder,Garam masala and salt.Saute tomato till it turns mushy.
- Add crumbled or grated paneer, then add 2 tbsp of water, saute for 2 more minutes, till everything gets incorporated and comes in the form of dry curry.
- Now stuffing is Ready.
Filling & Roasting
- Discard the stem of Capsicum,Scoop the seeds out.Spoon with Paneer stuffing.
- Heat the Pan, Gently Place the Capsicum. Keep the flame to low.
- Check every 3 - 4 minutes,keep on changing the sides of stuffed Capsicum.So that all sides are Cooked well. After Checking close the Pan, each time.
- Roast till the Capsicum is Cooked & it turns Golden . Serve Immediately for Good taste.
Notes
- Adding tomato gives tangy taste to recipe.
- It can be served with Chapathi,Roti,Paratha & Rice.
- you can also bake it on oven.
- It takes 20 - 25 minutes to cook on Pan.
- you can use any coloured Capsicum like Red,yellow & Orange.
