Preparation
Cook oats with 3/4 of water till it is soft. it takes 3 - 4 minutes to cook.Allow it to cool completely.
Method
- Grind cooked oats,milk, yogurt,banana and honey into a fine puree, in a blender or Mixie. Top it with nuts of your choice.Nuts like almonds,walnuts, pecans,cashews, according to your choice. i topped it with walnuts.
- Serve it chilled. Healthy and yummy smoothie is ready.
