Notes
- I used Toor dal alone, but you can use equal proportion of Toor dal & Moongdal.
- Adding dal with Raw mangoes takes time to cook.so pressure cook this dal for 5 - 6 whistles.
- Always crush the Garlic for nice aroma, while tempering.
