If you have rice left overs don't need to worry. you could make crispy yummy dosa's with rice left overs. This is an authentic recipe.
Ingredients
Raw rice - 1/2 cup.
Idli rice - 1/2 cup.
Urad dal - 1/4 cup.
Chana dal - 2 tbsp.
Cooked rice - 1 cup.
salt - for taste.
Soak the rice & dal ( urad dal & chana dal) for 4 to 5 hrs.

Preparation
Soak the rice & dal ( urad dal & chana dal) for 4 to 5 hrs.
Method
- To the Soaked rice & dal , add cooked rice & salt.Grind it into a smooth paste, with needed water.
- Consistency should be moderate.like our normal dosa batter consistency.
- Give a standing time of 7 to 8 hours. Then spread the dosa like we make normal dosa.
- It goes well with all types of chutney visit:side dish for idli/dosa
