- Grind Chopped Onions, Red chillies,fried Gram,Tamarind,jaggery,salt into a fine paste with needed water.
- Now heat the oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters add this Ground paste.
- Saute now & then till raw smell Goes off & it gets thokku Consistency as shown in the Picture.
- you can also refigerate it, for a week.
