Ingredients
Methi leaves - 1 Cup.
Green peas - 3/4 Cup.
onions - 2.
Ginger - 1 inch.
Garlic - 4 .
Green chillies - 3 - 4.
salt - as needed.
oil - 1.5 tbsp.
Ghee - 1.5 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 2 small pieces.
Cloves - 2.
Cardamom - 4.
Bay leaf - 1.
Preparation
Soak 1 cup of basmati rice in 2 Cups of water for 1/2 an hour.
Method
Heat the oil & Ghee in a Cooker, add Cinnamon, cloves,cardomom,bay leaf.
Saute for few minutes till you get nice aroma.

Then add 2 Cups of water. Add salt.
When water starts boiling, close the lid of a cooker.
When Steam starts coming from the cooker, place the weight & keep it in a sim mode for 5 - 6 minutes.
Then switch off the flame.
Give a standing time for 15 minutes. Rice gets cooked well with that heat of cooker itself.
Then open the lid & serve hot.
