Ingredients
Kambu - 1 Cup.
Water - 3 cup.
Preparation
Dry Grind the kambu into a little coarse
Powder, like rava.
Method
2. Take thick bottomed vessel, add 1 + 1/2 cups of water & salt.
When water starts boiling , add kambu flour, that was already mixed with water.
3. Add little by little, mix well without any lumps.
4. Cook till the moisture is absorbed. Then remove it fromthe stove.
5. Then take a cooker, add little water, place kambu rice vessel in a cooker & pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
6. When the pressure subsides open the lid.

7. When it is little warm, you can hold the balls.
