This Sabzi Pairs with Chapathi,Roti, Phulka's, Plain Rice & curd Rice too.It can also be spread as stuffing for dosa too. Green Peas is filled with Vitamins & antioxidants. it is also a Good Source of Proteins.it is Good to have Green Peas in our Regular Diet.

Ingredients
Fresh or Frozen Green Peas - 1.5 Cups.
Onion -1 .
Tomato - 2.
Curry leaves - 1 Sprig.
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp.
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp (heaped)
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp.
Green chilly - 1(slit)
salt - as Needed.
coriander leaves - few (to Garnish)
To Temper
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp.
Hing - a Generous Pinch.
oil - to fry.
Preparation
Chop onion & tomatoes.
Method
1. Heat the oil, add Mustard seeds.When it sizzles add cumin seeds,fennel seeds, slit Green chilly & curry leaves.
2. When Green chilly turns Pale, add chopped onions.
3. Saute onions till it turns translucent.
4. Add tomatoes, add coriander powder,chilli Powder,turmeric Powder, cumin Powder & salt.
5. Saute till tomatoes turns Mushy.
6. Add Green Peas & a cup of water.
7. Let it boil till Green Peas becomes soft.
8. When water is almost absorbed, add Garam Masala,Mix well.
9. Cook till water the water is absorbed & it turns dry.
10. Now Garnish with Fresh Cilantro.
11. Serve with Roti's or Rice.
Notes
1. you can use dried Green Peas too. if so soak it overnight & pressure cook it, till it turns soft. Then follow the same Procedure without adding water.
2. Adding Garam Masala Gives nice flavour to Green Peas Sabzi.
