Koova Halwa /Arrow Root Halwa

Ingredients
Koova flour / Arrow Root flour - 1 cup.
Sugar - 1 cups.
Water - 3 cups.
Ghee - 3 tbsp.
Method
- Take Thick bottomed kadai, add koova flour, Sugar & water.
- Mix well, without any lumps. Keep it on stove top.
- Keep Flame to Medium. Keep stirring till it is thick & it turns Glossy & shiny. Finally it becomes a whole Mass.
- Add 2 tbsp of Ghee. Give a Mix.
- Grease a plate with Ghee, & Pour Halwa over it & spread it evenly.
- once it is warm, draw lines into desired shape & serve.
Notes
- you can mix, 1.5 cup water & 1 .5 cup Milk also, to make this Halwa for different taste.
