Ingredients
curd/yogurt - 1 Cup.
Coriander leaves (small Bunch) - 1.
Coconut - 1/4 Cup.
Green Chillies - 2.
Salt - to taste.
To Temper
Coconut oil - to fry.
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
hing - a Generous Pinch.
Preparation
- Clean the Coriander leaves,wash it & keep ready.
Method
- Blend the curd till smooth either using whisk or blender.
- Grind Coriander leaves + Coconut + Green Chillies + Salt into a smooth Paste with needed water.
- Mix the Coriander leaves Paste with Smooth Curd. Mix well.
- Heat the oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters add cumin seeds.when it sizzles, add hing.
- Switch off the flame & Pour the tempering over the tambuli.
- Instead of Coconut, you can also use Coconut Milk for nice flavour.
- before blending you can saute the coriander leaves for different taste.
- you can saute 1/4 tsp of Pepper corns & grind with coriander leaves.
