Chop the Goosebery into pieces & discard the seeds.

Ingredients
Amla /Goosbery - 2.
Green Chillies - 2 - 3.
Coconut - 1/4 cup.
Thick curd - 1 cup.(Whisked)
To Temper
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Urad dal - 1 tsp.
Curry leaves - 1 tsp.
Hing - A Generous Pinch.
Preparation
Chop the Goosebery into pieces & discard the seeds.
Method
- Grind Goosebery,Green chillies & coconut in a Mixie or blender into a smooth Paste.
- Take the Mixing bowl, add curd & beat well. Add Ground Paste with Salt. Give a quick Mix.
- Heat the oil add mustard seeds when it splutters add urad dal & curry leaves.when dal turns light Golden colour add hing & switch off the flame.
- Pour the tempering over Pachadi.
Notes
- Adding hing gives Extra Flavour to Pachadi.
- you can add 1/4 tsp of Roasted Cumin Powder.
- Always use thick curd to make this pachadi.
- Use freshly Grated Coconut for better taste.
