Chocolate Fudge is a No Cook,No Bake dessert made with Milk bikis,Condensed Milk,Milk, Cocoa Powder,nuts and flavoured with Vanilla Essence. This is a Very simple and Easy dessert can be done by children in a supervision of Adults.Cocoa Powder and milkbikis when blended with Milkmaid tastes delicious.Already i posted a chocolate balls with Marie biscuit.Now i tried with Milk bikis with variation on chocolate balls.Now we learn to make Easy chocolate Fudge.

Milk Bikis- 20.
Melted Butter - 2 tbsp.
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp.
Milk Maid - 3 tbsp.
Milk - 3 tbsp.
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
Cashew nuts - 20.
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
Cashew nuts - 20.
Almonds - 10.
- Powder the Milk Bikis in a mixie or blender into a little bit coarse powder.
- Chop the Cashew nuts and Almonds.
Method
- Keep everything Ready.
- Take a Mixing bowl, add Powdered Milk Bikis,cocoa Powder, vanilla Essence, Melted Butter, Almonds,cashews and Milk maid, Mix everything well.Add milk little by little till you get a soft dough.
- Dough should be in the form of Chapathi dough and shape it in the form of cylinder.
- Wrap it tightly in a butter paper, and refigerate it for 2 hrs.
- Then unwrap the butter paper, and cut into desired shapes.
- Add Milk little by little as needed to get a soft dough.
- if the dough is so soft,you could crush some more biscuits and add it to the dough,to get chapati dough consistency.
