Soak idli Rice & Raw Rice for 4 hours.

Ingredients
Raw rice - 1 cup.
Idli rice - 1 cup.
Mudakathan keerai /buddakakara - 1 bunch tightly packed.
salt - needed.
Soak idli Rice & Raw Rice for 4 hours.
- Grind Soaked raw rice and idli rice with needed water and salt. Add Mudakathan keerai with it.
- Add salt to it.Grind it to a fine batter.
- Consistency should be moderate.
- Ferment it overnight.
- Heat the tawa, pour the ladle of batter at the edges,in a circular motion, batter will automatically fill the centre portion.drizzle some oil on it.
- when it is cooked on one side,turn the dosa, when it is cooked on both the sides remove it from tawa.you get crispy Dosa.
- It goes well with Coconut Chutney, podi,onion chutney and tomato chutney.
