Ingredients
Raw rice - 1 cup.
Idli rice - 1 cup
curry leaves - 2 cups.
urad dal - 1/4 cup.
salt - to taste.

Preparation
Soak raw rice, idli rice and urad dal together for 4 to 5 hrs.
Method
- Grind Soaked rice,urad dal,curry leaves,and salt with needed water into a fine batter.
- Consistency should be moderate.(Not too thicker or too thinner).Allow the batter to ferment for 12 hrs.
- Pour like normal dosa.
- It goes well with all types of chutney.
